Wedding Venue Rental for 81-160 guests
Pricing
We set up, decorate, and tear down for you!
16 hour venue rental (8 AM - Midnight)
Friday : $1,700
Saturday : $2,000
Sunday: $1,400
Monday-Thursday: $1,300
*Renter responsible for trash take out, that’s it! For smaller parties, please contact us for custom pricing.

Tables and chairs for up to 160 guests including all floor length linens, runners, centerpieces, napkins and charger plates
A cake table
Cocktail tables
Up to 10 rectangle tables (8') with linens
Two backdrops
Use of any of our house centerpieces
Access to two dressing rooms
Full use of the kitchen
Access to gazebo for pictures or ceremony
*If you wish to have an outdoor ceremony, additional chairs will need to be rented.
Vendor Policy and Booking
Something Blue Events has an open vendor policy. You are welcome to use any caterer you wish. Our alcohol policy is that you can hire a bartender and they can provide us with their Certificate of Insurance -OR- you can purchase a policy through us that allows you to bring in and serve your own alcohol. This policy is $175.
We require 50% of the rental rate and a signed contract to secure your date. We have a REFUNDABLE security deposit that is due no later than 7 days before your event. For weddings, this amount is $250, for other events it is $200. This amount will be refunded within 30 days as long as there are no issues, damage, excessive cleaning, etc.

Things to Note
We do all set up and tear down, you are responsible for taking out trash and general clean up.
Party packages are strictly for parties that are not part of weddings (except for wedding showers).
Want to book our venue for a meeting?
Our venue can be used as a meeting space and includes tables, chairs, and lap length linens.
Up to 80 meeting guests: $40/hour
81-160 meeting guests: $60/hour
*4 hour minimum for meetings
